Mark Tanner Director / Partner Australia, England & Thailand

Mark’s background is in the building/property industry as he is a qualified Architect and registered in Queensland and New South Wales. Mark practiced as an Architect in Australia for 5 years after graduating, before moving into Project and then Development Management. Mark established EMANA GROUP with Janusz Giermanski through it’s first company in 2000 and has grown the group to include: A group of Companies and Office in Australia, A Company and Office in Europe, A Partnership and Office in Thailand and seven Divisions at different stages of operation. Mark’s role relates primarily to the strategic direction of the group. In Australia Mark’s primary focus is in the property division & property development, where he is involved from identifying new sites through to completion, normaly in the role of Developer / Development Manager. back to top

Janusz Giermanski Director / Partner

Janusz obtained his Masters Degree in Architecture and Urban Planning in 1986 at the Silesia University in Poland. Whilst practicing in Poland, Janusz received the prestigious 'Lord Major of Oswiecim (Auschwitz)' award for the Urban Master Plan for the City of Oswiecim in 1988. Specialising in ecological design as well as conservation and restoration of heritage architecture, Janusz has been involved in such projects as the King Fisher Bay resort on Fraser Island, Whitsunday Vista Resort at Airlie Beach and the Red Centre Resort redevelopment in Alice Springs. Janusz also has significant expertise in computer graphics, modeling, animation and computer visualisation. Janusz manages the Architectural / Design Team in Australia & the I.T. Bryan Priestley Director / Partner

Bryan graduated with an honours law degree and subsequently practised as a Lawyer (admitted as both a Barrister and Solicitor) both overseas and in Australia and has owned and operated legal firms for the past 15 years specialising in Corporate structuring, Revenue Law and Finance.
Bryan is a founding Director of Azure Developments Pty Ltd and Azure Waters Resort Pty Ltd and sold out of his law firm interests to concentrate full time on property development and other commercial interests as diverse as manufacturing pet food & care products and establishing a major retail beauty brand.
The commercial and corporate expertise Bryan has accumulated is utilised in every aspect of the Azure and Emana groups’ activities, as is his extensive network of contacts, consisting of professionals from a broad spectrum of disciplines and a vast number of former clients who are owners and/or key decision makers in their respective businesses, many of which are well known names. back to top

Roy Robertson Director / Partner Thailand & Australia

Roy has been involved in Property, Trading & Construction throughout Australia. He has been involved in various capacities with numerous companies throughout Asia and Australia for the last 40 years. Roy's extensive experience, within Asia in particular, places him in good stead to co-ordinate the Emana Group operations in Thailand and Asia. Roy is also involved in the importing business within the Group in Australia.

Nicholas Hancock Partner London

Nick is designer with 12 years experience in the construction industry. He trained in structural engineering before forging a career in architecture and product design in Australia and Europe. Nick has worked with many internationally acclaimed architects on variety of projects and disciplines and his expertise lies in design development and management. Nick manages the Architectural & Design Team in Europe which include design work for Retail products for the Group. Nick also manages the Environmental Division for the Group globally but in particular in Europe where he is based. CV details (download PDF)

Justin Box Manager

Justin has joined the Emana Group bringing with him an invaluable knowledge of automotive retail, trade and technical sales representation within the computer industry. His ability to manage trade accounts simultaneously alongside retail sales will provide an excellent base for managing the retail and hospitality divisions based in Spain for the group in Europe.
